The Arizona Zone Old Guitar, Brand-New Band Title

Here’s what kids like you thought about this story!

You could try being called the Rockin' Arizonas.
—Chloe, Age 8, Maine

I once wanted to put a band together, but then we just ended up breaking up!
—Kamren, Age 10, California

That's what I'm going to do with my cousins. One of them is going to play the guitar, I'm going to play the drums, another one is going to play the piano, and the last one is going to sing.
—Dray, Age 7, Maryland

This story reminded me of my saxophone. One night for my dad's birthday party, I just started playing.
—Giovanna, Age 11, California

Sometimes I have the same feeling as you do. Trust me, I have good friends like that who also cannot agree.
—Ellen, Age 9, Florida

I like this story. Thank you, Arizona.
—Lashira, Age 9, New York

Hey, I think I can help! Go around with a piece of paper asking people if they would like to join your band. If they would, ask them to write their names on the paper. Then get back to them later. Good luck!
—Jade, Age 9, Australia

I was trying to make a band, too. I think the best name for your band would be the Disagreers.
—Shraman, Age 10, North Carolina

Wow! You can answer everything.
—Christian, Age 7, Alberta

COOL! My little brother and I have a band called The E Band.
—Eden, Age 7, New Mexico

I think you should ask your parents about it. Then get some friends together and ask if they know how to play any instruments. It all starts from there!!
—Erin, Age 8, Virginia

I like this story, and I think all of Arizona's stories are entertaining to read!
—Savana, Age 10, Michigan

I LOVE Ask Arizona! I sometimes read it to my younger sisters.
—Katy, Age 9, Ohio

I've been having similar problems, and I thought that it was a great story.

I think the story was very good!
—Robyn, Age 9, Missouri

Well, first you get some friends together and agree on a name, like Arizona and her band. Then you have to have instruments. Maybe everyone from the group could contribute instruments or you can just have a singing group. Then you write some music. Start playing for some people in your neighborhood, and you are on your way!
—Kaitlyn, Age 12, Alabama
